THE PATIO IS OPEN!

Mother’s Federal Hill Grille created the Purple Patio in 1998 as the Baltimore Ravens were moving into their new stadium a short walk away. Dave Rather, owner of Mother’s is a huge fan who was on the waiting list for 5 years before Baltimore had to go out and find a team to make Baltimore proud.

The purple patio was created to give fans an outdoor area to tailgate before and after Ravens home games. Mother’s uses their parking lot as the patio and has even painted a football field on the lot. With two bars, a huge grill and DJ, our parking lot is transformed into a great tailgating party. We open at 8am for breakfast and bloodies!

98 Rock, the Ravens broadcast partner does the post game show from the patio with former Raven Ed Mulitalo. Mother’s has over 20 HD flat screens to watch all sporting events and even has portable radios to listen to your favorite game at your table. There is a sports memorabilia room with great photos and jerseys of Baltimore’s all-time favorite legends.
