VENUEThe party will be at the beautiful Sheraton City Center. Mother’s takes over all the party rooms and ballrooms. The address is 101 W. Fayette. The hotel was recently renovated and has really nice rooms. There are cheap hotel discounts available who want to book a room at the hotel. You do not need a hotel room to attend the party. THE BANDSThe Bridge is a 5 piece band that incorporates blues, funk, jazz, bluegrass and rock. They are from Baltimore and have a huge local following while also touring internationally. The Bridge has a recording contract and has played the biggest stages ad festivals in the past year. The Bridge won a text contest to play the Jam Cruise plus have played national festivals such as All Good and Wakarusa. The bands biggest assets are their great song writing, musicianship and ability to throw a party. Rebirth Brass Band has been an international success for the last 25 years. They are the heavyweight champions as brass bands go from New Orleans. They play local Jazz Funerals as well as top slots at the world famous New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival. They combine traditional upbeat jazz with funk and throw in contemporary covers to keep the party rolling. There may not be any better party band coming from the city who invented the cocktail. “Aint no party like a Rebirth Party” DRESSCreative black tie means you can be as creative as you wish. Most people wear dresses and black tie or suits but you can wear whatever you want……I would say dress to impress. TICKETSThere are a limited number of early bird tickets available for $89, after they sell out tickets will increase to $99, then once they sell out they will go to $109.
