Fresh vegetables, fruit & assorted cheese with honey mustard & ranch dressing
Fresh Mozzarella & Tomato
Drizzled with imported balsamic vinegar, olive oil & fresh basil
Caesar Salad
Romaine tossed with fresh garlic croutons, Parmesan & classic Caesar dressing.
Soup
Choose from either Traditional MD Crab soup, Spicy Clam Chowder, or our Beef & Black Bean Chili

Hot Spinach & Artichoke Dip
Artichoke & spinach in a creamy dip topped with parmesan. Served with crispy pita chips & warm bread.
Meatballs
Hand formed bite size meatball available in either our homemade marinara sauce, or Swedish style
Big Don’s Buffalo Wings
The biggest, baddest wings in Baltimore, Served with celery & our homemade Bleu Cheese Dressing.
Chicken Tenders
Chicken tenderloins served Jerk, Blackened, or Buffalo Style, with accompanying sauce

Caribbean Pork
Chicken breast in an authentic jerk marinade grilled & topped with a fresh tropical fruit relish
Madres Ribs
Our famous fall-off-the bone Danish baby back ribs marinated, grilled & covered in BBQ sauce.
Bayou Jambalaya
Savory chicken & Chorizo sausage tossed in a spicy Creole sauce
Chicken Marsala
Chicken breast sautéed with garlic, mushrooms, & shallots in a Marsala demi glace

Selection D

Chicken/Steak Chesapeake
Seared chicken breasts topped with Crabmeat, cheddar/jack cheese baked with a fresh cream sauce.
Phat Crab Cakes
Mom’s version of a MD tradition. Lump crabmeat held together with just a touch of binder. A crowd favorite!
Sliced NY Strip
Hand cut, marinated & sliced thin.
Easternshore Rockfish
MD Rockfish sauteed with Old Bay flour. Topped with Crabmeat in a celery cream sauce.
Filet Mignon Tips
Tender filet marinated & grilled to perfection.
